**Your new company**

Your new company are a reputable personal injury law firm located in the CBD. They are seeking a legal secretary to join their team on a permanent basis.

**Your new role**

Your new role will include duties not limited to:

- Administration support for three lawyers
- Typing dictation
- File management
- Diary management
- Preparation of legal correspondence
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail
- Answering phone calls

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Legal experience is preferred but not required
- Professional written and verbal communication
- Demonstrated administration experience
- Ability to work full-time hours
