**What’s the role?** As a **Customer Service Specialist**with St George, you will proactively engage with customers in-person and over the phone to uncover their financial needs, utilising your expert product knowledge to assist them in achieving their financial goals. You will refer customers to our specialist banking teams such as Home Loans and Business Banking, as well as coach customers on our digital banking offerings.
