Customer Service Representative

**Responsibilities**:
- Operating the credit card payment portal for AU and NZ customers (Semafone)
- Inbound and Outbound calling to process payments of outstanding orders
- Processing credit notes for relevant customer orders
- Updating of FMS tickets in Salesforce CRM as required
- Key account back-order reporting
- Back-up for key account order processing and related enquiries
- Data maintenance of contacts, accounts, and discount profiles
- Work cross-functionally to ensure a compelling customer experience and positive sales outcomes
This role is based in the Western Sydney offices of element14 Pty Ltd. The customer service team currently operate 4 days in the office with 1 day at home.
Qualifications / Skills
- Previous customer service experience
- Good computer literacy with excellent keyboard skills
- Excellent English language verbal and written skills.
- Australian citizen/permanent resident, or legally authorised to work full-time in Australia

**Salary**: $46,294.49 - $55,000.00 per year
