**Community Clinician - Aged Persons Mental Health**

Latrobe Regional Hospital are the largest provider of mental health services across the Gippsland region.

Our Community Mental Health Services team provide key support services to older members of the Gippsland community through comprehensive needs assessment, case management and care coordination.

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Clinician to join our Traralgon team on a full-time basis.

You’ll enjoy working with a diverse range of clients and be a qualified as a **Registered Nurse (Mental Health post grad), Social Worker, Psychologist or Occupational Therapist**. Ideally you’ll have experience in aged care mental health and / or community mental health and have the ability to build effective relationships and work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.
