**Community Clinician**
Latrobe Regional Hospital have an exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified community clinician to join the LV Community Metal Health Team team on a fixed term Basis.
Reporting to the team seniors this role plays an important role in providing direct case management support at Latrobe Regional Hospital.
The successful applicant will:
