**Community Clinician - Aged Persons Mental Health**

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Clinician to join our Traralgon team on a full time on going basis. Our Community Mental Health Services team provide key support services to older members of the Gippsland community through comprehensive needs assessment, case management and care coordination.

You’ll enjoy working with a diverse range of clients and be qualified as a Registered Nurse (Mental Health Post Graduate), Social Worker, Psychologist or Occupational Therapist. Ideally you’ll have experience in aged care mental health and / or community mental health and have the ability to build effective relationships and work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.
