**Salary**: $125,693 - $138,510 p.a. (base salary, employer’s contribution to superannuation and annualised leave loading is paid in addition to the base salary)

**Work type**: Full-time - 35 hours per week, ongoing

**About the role**

We are looking for an experienced Inclusion and Wellbeing Partner to drive and implement key strategic inclusion and wellbeing initiatives on behalf of the Crown Solicitor’s Office (CSO).

In this newly established role, you will have responsibility for the development and implementation of policies, plans and programs that are designed to support the CSO’s diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing strategies.

You will partner with key stakeholders, including our employee led networks and external partner organisations, to coordinate and drive key inclusion and wellbeing priorities and projects.

You will also manage and inspire a small team, including the Wellbeing, Health and Safety Advisor and Inclusion and Wellbeing Officer.
