**ABOUT THE ROLE**

This is a unique opportunity to join the Workplace Experience team based in Adelaide. Reporting to the National Workplace Experience Manager, your role will be to lead the team that develops and maintains a highly functional workplace that provides professional operation from the front desk to workplace facilities to building operations.

We support the businesses varied ways of working, workplace preferences, even divergent business priorities all under the one roof - and our aim is to facilitate a seamless workplace experience for all, that meets the collective and holistic needs of the business.

Your presence should be well known across the business, with a great reputation for representing Origin holistically.

Services may include
- Leadership of a local workplace team including Workplace Experience Assistants across each site.
- Delivery of a preventative and reactive maintenance service to those sites.
- Oversite of health, safety and environment obligations and initiatives.
- Ownership of the employee experience within the office environment
- Management of all workplace services including concierge, meeting room booking, communications, emergency and security management, mail, events and catering.
- Culture and engagement activities for Origin Staff and workplace team
- Contractor management, minor capital and operational projects

**IS THIS YOU?**

You’ll need to be an exceptional communicator with a strong history of problem solving in a fast-paced environment.
- Significant experience in facilities management, or a similar role
- People management and leadership experience
- Experience dealing with stakeholders and senior management
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills, with the ability to prioritise a diverse workload
- The ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and lead by example
- Strong interpersonal, influencing and communication skills
- Intermediate computer skills across the Microsoft suite of products
- Experience delivering excellent customer service in a large organisation
- The ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy and with the capacity for independent decision making
