**Role and Responsibilities**:
As an Internal Recruitment Consultant, you will be at the heart of our talent acquisition efforts, attract, and retain top talent. Your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, including:
**Data-driven Insights**: Utilise data and analytics to identify recruitment trends, measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies, and continuously improve the recruitment process.

**Onboarding Support**: Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires, helping them integrate into the company culture seamlessly.

**Continuous Improvement**: Keep abreast of industry best practices, trends, and recruitment technologies to continuously improve and optimize the recruitment process.

**Desired Qualifications and Experiences**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a recruitment consultant or in-house recruiter, with a track record of successfully filling a variety of roles across different levels.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and proactively solve recruitment challenges.
- High level of adaptability and the capability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
