**Recruitment Consultant - Infrastructure People**

Infrastructure People is walking a different path, we are redesigning how businesses can access talent and resourcing support in Australia.

In preparation for the industry’s changing needs, we have transitioned to a full resource management model, providing a far more enhanced service and more solutions to our partners.

**Responsibilities**
- Business Development: build and sustain client relationships
- Manage end to end recruitment campaigns
- Negotiate employment conditions and resolve disputes and grievances
- Interpret legislation, awards, employment contracts and wage payment system

**Qualifications/Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree or Higher OR 5+ years of previous work experience in related industry
- Strong analytical skills
- Strategic thinking capabilities
