**Recruitment Consultant**

Located in North Sydney, Now Careers has an immediate requirement for a dynamic and ambitious Recruitment Consultant. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a passionate recruitment business. The position will be full-time with annual remuneration of between $75,000 to $100,000 (negotiable) plus superannuation on offer.

Given positive industry forecasts, an opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Consultant. Your primary focus will be to recruit personnel on behalf of businesses throughout NSW. This is a great opportunity for someone to grow and develop existing opportunities at Now Careers’ existing clients.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Working as a 360 Degree Consultant, responsible for the full recruitment cycle;
- Attend regular client meetings and networking events building rapport and relationships;
- Understand job descriptions to attract the right talent;
- Achieve budgetary targets;
- Effectively forecast and plan business strategies;
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Meet company expectations measured through regular meetings;
- Contribute to the growth and expansion of the business;
- Be a team player.

**Skills and experience required**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent employment experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ recruitment experience
- Excellent communication skills
- High level of English literacy
- Strong interviewing and business development skills

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- North Sydney, NSW 2060: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
