Join Gliderol as a Sales Representative and help expand our presence in the shed door market. You will play a key role in promoting our Storm Safe product, supporting dealers, and driving growth across rural and regional areas. If you have a passion for building relationships, meeting sales targets, and working independently in the field, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Identifying and building long-term relationships with rural customers, including farmers, small businesses, and shed dealers.
- Promoting Gliderol’s Storm Safe product and solutions for sheds, workshops, and agricultural buildings.
- Supporting dealers with sales training, joint marketing, and strategic support.
- Driving sales growth by targeting untapped areas and emerging regional opportunities.
- Monitoring market trends and providing insights to management for optimized strategies.
- Contributing to quarterly planning and collaborating with internal teams

**YOUR SKILLS**

We are looking for a self-motivated and results-driven individual who thrives in regional markets. You will be able to build lasting relationships and have the technical knowledge to offer tailored solutions to customers in rural areas.
- Proven sales experience, ideally in rural markets, with a focus on sheds and weather-resistant solutions (beneficial but not a requirement)
- Strong understanding of rural customer needs and purchasing behaviors.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-reliant with the ability to work independently in remote locations.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets
- Ability to travel frequently and stay overnight when required.
