**What You’ll Do**:

- ** Campaign Execution**: Support the end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns, from briefing creative teams to managing timelines and execution.
- ** Campaign Management**: Own and manage small-scale campaigns, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- ** Brand Documentation**: Develop key brand documents, campaign briefs, and performance reviews.
- ** Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of brand initiatives
- ** Reporting & Insights**: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to **drive future success**.
- ** Brand Consistency**: Ensure the Grill’d brand is represented accurately across all key touch points, including in-restaurant collateral.
- ** Brand & Partnerships Support**: Assist in **creative development and brand partnerships** to enhance Grill’d’s presence.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Tertiary qualification in Marketing (or related field).
- 2+ years of marketing experience (FMCG, QSR, retail, or hospitality preferred).
- Strong campaign execution skills - developing briefs, reviewing creative, and tracking results.
- Analytical mindset - ability to assess sales data and report on campaign impact.
- Digital skills - proficiency in Excel and understanding of paid, owned, and earned media models.
- Creative judgment and strong communication skills.
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
