- 4-5 years of audit experience in a reputable Audit practice in Australia
- Strong problem solving skills and a high attention to detail
- The ability to multi-task and manage time effectively, with a strong focus on client service
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- An interest and a passion for auditing entities that make a significant contribution to our society and act with purpose

**Extra checklist Items that will make you stand out**
- Experience auditing in various industries
- Able to recognise and act on business development opportunities.
- Working knowledge of Australian Accounting and Auditing Standards and other applicable legislation
- Ability to manage small teams

**The Role**

Working closely with experienced partners and auditors, you will receive mentorship and L&D, providing you with career progressions and opportunities to work on large and complex projects.

Some of your duties will include
- Assisting with all phases of the engagement from planning, field work, to completion
- Liaise directly with a broad range of clients, partners, and senior management to communicate and present audit requirements and findings
- Ownership of managing your designated team
- Assisting audit managers with various audit tasks such as identifying and gathering required information and carrying out various audit testing
