Variety Lead external audits across a varied range of clients and sectors. External Audit role leading with client service and technical excellence.

Current opportunity

As a Assistant Manager in our Audit & Assurance Services division, you will be supporting our analysts to produce high quality financial audits, building their analytical and technical skills underpinned by clear and strong communication. Reporting to our great partners and managers, you will support our clients and conduct high quality audit. Based in our CBD offices you will be surrounded by specialists with technical expertise, receive high quality training and solid support to propel your career.

The role

- Assisting with the conduct of external financial audits, and assisting with reporting audit results.
- Developing client relationships with a diverse group of clients
- Opportunity to lead on some clients and build your technical excellence.
- Local, intrastate and interstate travel may be required.

Your skills and experience

- Completed CA or CPA
- 3 years prior External Audit experience in an Australian Accounting Practice
- Completed bachelors degree or higher qualification majoring in Accounting
- Able to develop strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Excellent English skills both written and oral
- High level of technical knowledge.
- Experience with clients in the Manufacturing, transport and large NFPs an advantage.
