At our Adelaide office, we are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic
**Audit Assistant Manager** with an excellent academic background and 3+ years of experience in Audit services. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious professional to join a leading Big 4 client, and be a part of a dynamic and supportive team.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
As an Audit Assistant Manager, your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

- Preparation of client audit reports ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Identifying and escalating issues that affect the business to senior stakeholders.
- Managing and developing junior staff in the team.
- Participating in client presentations and reviews.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Must be a fully qualified CA/CPA or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in external audit, ideally in Australia, UK, Canada, US, or other large market.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate complex financial information to the clients.
- Strong IT skills including MS Office and experience using audit software such as Caseware or ACL.
- Proven ability to manage and develop junior staff.
