**Your new role**
As an Audit Manager or Senior Audit Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing audit engagements, from planning to completion. You will supervise and mentor junior staff, review their work, and provide feedback and coaching. You will also liaise with clients, stakeholders, and external parties, and ensure compliance with auditing standards and regulations. You will also contribute to the firm's business development and growth, by identifying and pursuing new opportunities, and building strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be considered for this role, you will have:
- Australian CA/CPA qualification
- Extensive audit experience in an Australian chartered firm, including at a manager level
- Strong technical knowledge and skills in audit and accounting standards
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Ability to deliver high-quality work and client service
