The Role

As our Call Centre Officer, you’ll be the friendly, professional voice that reconnects with potential clients who have engaged with our Google Ads and Facebook campaigns. Your role is to:

- Make recall calls to past and potential clients
- Follow up on warm leads from online campaigns
- Confirm details, answer questions, and book appointments
- Accurately record call outcomes in our CRM
- Provide a positive, helpful experience that reflects our brand values

What We’re Looking For
- Clear, confident phone manner with excellent listening skills
- Experience in customer service, sales, or call centre work (healthcare experience a plus)
- Ability to follow scripts while keeping conversations natural and engaging
- Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
- Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working to call targets

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
