Perth CBD organisatin is currently looking for casual agents on an ongoing contractor basis. There will be a minimum of 15 hours per week with plenty of opportunity for 24/7 overtime. As a successful employee, you will have a minimum of 12 months' experience and looking for a challenging position that offers lots of learning and future opportunities. You must be available to attend training, which will be full time hours, Monday - Friday.

Our Client, a Local Government organisation, offering 24/7 essential services to the state, is currently looking for casual agents on an ongoing contractor basis. There will be a minimum of 15 hours per week with plenty of opportunity for 24/7 overtime.

As a successful employee, you will be looking for a challenging position that offers lots of learning and future opportunities. Y**ou must be available to attend training, full time hours, Monday - Friday**.

**The Role**

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

- Provide efficient first point of contact customer service advice and information
- Indbound/Outbound customer service calls
- Responsible for end-to-end management of assigned tasks
- Competent handling of specialised queries and escalating where required

**Role Requirements**
- Minimum 12 months call centre experience
- Effective call handling skills and telephone manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication and organisational skills
- Good time management and ability to prioritise.
- Computer literate, able to quickly grasp the use of different systems
