**Your new role**

**Essendon Mazda** are seeking a **New Car Sales Consultant **to join their team.** **You'll cultivate strong customer relationships, understanding their needs and tailoring solutions. Success in this role involves effective communication, expert negotiation, and the ability to meet sales targets. Attention to detail in completing sales documentation is crucial, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience for customers from initial inquiry to final purchase.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be considered for a New Car Sales Consultant role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

- **A track record of success in automotive sales or a related field**:

- **A valid driver's license is heavily required**:

- In-depth knowledge of vehicles and features is essential to effectively communicate and guide customers through the buying process.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are crucial to understand customer needs, build strong relationships, and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Driven by achieving and surpassing sales targets, demonstrating ambition and dedication.
- Strong negotiation abilities are key for reaching mutually beneficial terms for both customers and the dealership.
- The ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment, staying current on industry trends, and being responsive to customer preferences is essential.
