Role Overview:
As experienced Car Sales Consultant, your role will involve building relationships, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored solutions to help them find the perfect vehicle. You'll have the opportunity to showcase your passion for customer service and contribute to creating memorable and enjoyable experiences for our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers respectfully and approachable, actively listening to their preferences and requirements.
- Showcase our diverse range of vehicles, highlighting their features, benefits, and value.
- Conduct test drives to help customers experience the unique qualities of our vehicles.
- A valid Australian driver's licence is required for this position.
- Collaborate with team members and management to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide accurate and informative guidance to customers.
- Maintain a customer-centric approach throughout the sales process, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable transaction.
Our Idea Candidate:
- Proven experience in used car dealership experience (must)
- Proven sales experience with a customer-focused mindset.
- Enthusiasm for automobiles and a desire to learn about our vehicle offerings.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
This job is a 5 day working week with a day off during the week and must be flexible to work Saturdays as it is a key sales day for us.
