About the opportunity Play a lead role in the delivery of our program of works to customers while being the conduit between our internal cross-functional teams in delivery of our cutting edge technology. As the Delivery Manager, you will work closely with Engineering, Operations and our customer facing teams to develop their scope, schedules, delivery plans, and reporting. **Key responsibilities of the role include**: - Stakeholder relationship management - Scope definition and management - Project planning and co-ordination - Internal and external communications and reporting - Business process development - Leading cross functional teams About you **It is expected that you will be able to demonstrate**: - Solid experience delivering projects or programs of work in a technology or product domain. - Demonstrated experience in complex project delivery in a customer facing role. - Demonstrated experience in managing people and/or leading a team. - Demonstrated experience in complex stakeholder management. - Experience or demonstrated understanding of transitioning from development into an operational environment. - High-level leadership and people management skills - High-level verbal and written communication skills (inc. presentation skills). - Ability to take initiative and solve complex problems. - Ability to negotiate effectively and manage stakeholder relationships.
