**Service Specialist Maroochydore**

We are seeking a Service Specialist to join our high performing National Team, which specialises in the delivery of best-in-class risk management solutions for mid-market clients. We have an extensive presence across Australia, with representation in each State capital and an extensive regional branch network.

As a Service Specialist your responsibility is to assist the client managers & client executives to help achieve their goals & budget forecasts. This role is customer focused which includes end-to-end renewal process, preparation of quotation & placement slips, submitting reports, correspondence and general office duties.

This is the perfect role for someone who is looking to start their insurance career in a challenging, fast paced, and collaborative environment.

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**

This position will suit a someone with the following experience:

- Strong Customer Service Focus
- Organised with excellent time management skills
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Insurance Industry or Financial Services experience will be highly regarded.
