Then this could be the opportunity for you As our **Recruitment Specialist**, you will work across our various employment programs using your networking skills to promote our programs to potential participants and building relationships with employers to find meaningful job opportunities for our participants. Other role responsibilities will include: - Developing strong relationships with potential participants, both face to face and over the phone, to understand their employment goals and what steps we need to take to get them job ready - Understanding how diversity and inclusion initiatives can be applied in the workplace and effectively articulating to employers and partners the value proposition, benefits and incentives of employing program participants - Understanding the local labour market and the challenges that our facing local employers - Ensuring service delivery activities comply with all requirements of contractual deed and guidelines - Organising daily schedules and appointments and timely keeping of evidence and records **About You** We are looking for someone who is passionate and who genuinely wants to assist our clients to find meaningful employment.
