The Lighthouse Restaurant an esteemed establishment in Brisbane, is seeking reliable and dedicated remote, contract base HR Support to assist with recruitment and various other HR tasks. Working remotely as HR Support, you will work closely with Restaurant Management and contribute to the effective management of the Restaurant's HR operations. This role offers a flexible work schedule and an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR within the hospitality industry.

**Responsibilities**:
Recruitment and Onboarding:

- Assist in recruitment by posting job advertisements, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including the preparation of necessary documentation and conducting orientation sessions.

HR Administration:

- Assist in the maintenance of HR databases and systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Support the General Manager in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Employee Relations and Communication:

- Serve as a point of contact for prospective employees' HR-related inquiries and provide guidance on policies, procedures, and benefits.

HR Projects and Initiatives:

- Contribute to HR projects, such as perspective employee engagement initiatives.
- Participate in HR-related meetings and provide input on process improvements and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant education or prior experience in HR, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

**Job Types**: Casual, Freelance

**Salary**: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
