**About the Role**

Reporting to the Team Leader Youth Services the core responsibilities include:

- Coordinate and provide quality outcomes for key youth projects and initiatives including, but not limited to:

- Schoolies
- Data Collection and Evaluation
- Mental Health First Aid
- Child Safety
- Build and maintain relationships with the youth service sector and key stakeholders
- Participate in continuous quality improvement through adherence to recognized systems, evidence-based principles and the voice of young people, community, and Council.

**About You**
- Bachelor Qualification in Youth Work, Social Work, Community Development, Social Science, or related field.
- Relevant Local Government experience is desirable
- Experience in project management
- Experience in coordination of high functioning and diverse teams and program
- Demonstrated ability to set priorities and complete tasks/projects to a high standard and within acceptable timeframes
- Understanding of and commitment to the Victorian Child Safe Standards
- Strong competency in developing and coordinating projects and initiatives.
- Ability to collaborate and work with key partners to achieve great outcomes for young people.
