About ISH Technologies

We're a Brisbane-based software company building custom web and mobile apps for Australian businesses. Our team consists of 25+ professionals, with 3 team members based in our Brisbane office and the rest working from our offshore development centre. We focus on delivering smart digital solutions backed by clear communication and collaboration.

The Role

We're hiring a Junior Project Coordinator to join us full-time (or part-time if needed). This is a great opportunity for someone with 2–3 years of experience who enjoys working with clients, gathering project requirements, and supporting developers to deliver successful projects.

You don't need to be a developer, but a basic understanding of software and digital products will be helpful.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with clients to gather and clarify project requirements
  • Assist in planning project timelines and tracking progress
  • Communicate between clients and the development team
  • Maintain project documentation and provide regular updates
  • Ensure projects stay on time and within scope

What You'll Bring

  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or client-facing tech roles
  • Good understanding of web/app development concepts (no coding needed)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines
  • Familiarity with tools like Trello, Jira, or similar

Nice to Have

  • Experience in an agency or software environment
  • Exposure to Agile workflows
  • Basic knowledge of APIs or UI/UX terminology
