**Role Description**

This is an exciting time for RP Infrastructure, as we integrate with Ranbury Management Group and expand our services across the local QLD Infrastructure market.

We’re looking for a Junior Advisor to assist the team with Third Party Agreement Coordination. Each project (many of which are from different sectors) are at varying stages, giving you incredible experience and exposure across a huge breadth of different projects. This is a rare opportunity for someone looking to catapult their career and gain significant career growth and development.

Located in our Brisbane office, you’ll be responsible for:

- Third Party Agreement Coordination - negotiate, manage and administer agreements
- Oversee and management of project budgets
- Fostering relationships and liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor and communicate changes to relevant legislation, regulations and codes of practice

To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated experience in administering contracts as well as a professional, proactive approach to your work.

You will also need:

- Advanced skills in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Proven skills in commercial acumen
- Initiative and exceptional organisational skills, including the ability to work independently and part of a team
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
