As the Venue Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success and smooth operation of the pub. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

- **Operational Leadership**: Overseeing all aspects of daily venue operation, including Floor (FOH), Bar, Kitchen liaison, and Functions, ensuring the highest standards of presentation and efficiency.
- **Team Management & Development**: Recruiting, training, rostering, and performance managing a high-performing team of hospitality professionals. Cultivating a positive, engaging, and compliant workplace culture.
- **Financial Performance**: Managing budgets, controlling labour and stock costs, managing supplier relationships, and implementing strategies to **drive venue growth**.
- **Guest Experience**: Championing exceptional customer service, managing guest feedback and complaints, and ensuring all patrons have a memorable experience.
- **Compliance & Safety**: Ensuring strict adherence to all legal requirements, including and food safety standards. Applicants must hold a valid Approved Manager card, as well as food safety supervisor certificate.
- **Functions & Events**: Working closely with the Functions Team to oversee the successful delivery of all private events, ensuring client satisfaction and smooth execution.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Venue Manager and/or Assistant Venue Manager: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Approved Manager Card (required)
