**Salary - Clerk Grade 7/8 $110,266 - $122,058pa plus superannuation and annual leave loading**

**Your role**

**What you’ll do**

As part of the Contract Improvement and Analysis team, you will utilise diverse data analysis techniques and tools to identify trends, issues, anomalies, or fraud, ensuring high-quality insights.

You’ll stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis techniques and tools to maximize effectiveness in your work, including techniques like data modelling, text analytics, data quality checking, statistical methods (univariate statistics, bivariate associations, graphical techniques, sensitivity analysis, general linear models, and more), and advanced analytical software.

**What we’re looking for**
- Strong understanding of data analysis and reporting, particularly in synthesizing large volumes of data into accessible and understandable insights.
- High-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and specialized software used for computer-aided auditing (such as Business Objects or SAS).
- Ability to interpret complex data, identify patterns, and make data-driven decisions.
- Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline (such as Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field) and/or equivalent knowledge, skills, and experience.
