**About the Role**

Lead a team of Mental Health Recovery Partners to ensure delivery of recovery oriented mental health services, drive customer satisfaction and expand the number of people positively impacted by the service.

This role will develop and grow Family and Carer Support services across the Perth Metro and ensure that services are meaningful for carers.

This position is located in our central office in Rivervale with a flexibility working environment.

**We’ll also be asking you to:

- **
- Ensure that services adapt and respond to clients’ needs
- Identify core needs, highlight service gaps and implement engagement strategies to improve the quality of life for clients, families and carers
- In partnership with the clients, families and key stakeholders monitor the development, implementation and review of all Recovery Plans across the Community Based Mental Health Department within specified service development processes, timeframes and quality expectations
- Ensure all plans are completed to a high standard that enable the identification of key recovery outcomes and are translated into achievable objectives and activities to facilitate the recovery journey
- Ensure that claimable hours of service delivery as part of the plan development are lodged for claiming through the appropriate claims mechanism
- Where appropriate, coordinate, support and mentor Recovery Partners to engage and develop recovery plans in conjunction with mental health clients.
