**About the Role**

Southern Cross Care are seeking a Team Leader - Community Options for 3 sites in the Perth Metro area.
- Mount Claremont
- Stirling
- Bentley

The role oversees responsibility in the operations and leading a team of Recovery Partners. This team will deliver recovery and a comfortable environment to those experiencing persistent mental illness.

**We’ll also be asking you to:

- **
- Support clients to achieve recovery outcomes, as directed in their recovery plans
- Establish and develop rapport with external service providers and stake holders
- Actively participate in program development / quality improvement activities
- Ensure all mandatory training requirements are met in line with the specified timeframes
- Conduct monthly audits and risk assessments as required

**About You**

Ideally, we are seeking someone who is passionate recovery with a comprehensive understanding of recovery oriented, person centered, evidence-based services.

Natural-born leaders with the ability to multitask and build strong and meaningful relationships with clients, stakeholders and colleagues to achieve a common goal are welcomed and encouraged to apply.

**To be considered for this role, you’ll need:

- **
- Tertiary qualification in health or human services
- 5 years minimum in a mental health or support environment
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with the drug and alcohol sector (desirable)
- Full valid WA Drivers License with reliable transport
