A department that develops and delivers policies and programs to advise the Australian Government on Health and Aged Care. They work with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure better health for all Australians.

**Your new role**

You will be involved in a taskforce that works to ensure public confidence in the Australian COVID-19 vaccine rollout. This team is tasked with investigating issues or concerns regarding vaccination providers and their staff, managing complaints and tip offs about potential non-compliance by participating vaccination sites and preparing and supplying data to internal and external stakeholders on Primary Care sites administering Covid-19 vaccinations.

You will be expected to use a range of compliance related policies, processes, tools and resources to support a robust compliance framework.

Duties will include:

- Independently conduct compliance assessments in response to complaints and allegations of non-compliance.
- Make evidence based recommendations about the suitability of participants to remain in the program.
- Maintain positive relationships with team members and colleagues.
- Contribute to a range of written material including critical decision records, periodic reporting, file notes and meeting minutes.
- Perform other duties as required.

**What you'll need to succeed**

Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills are a necessity as is the ability to utilise Microsoft Office software.

Baseline security clearance or an AGSVA is preferred and experience working in a geographically dispersed team or a Taskforce environment would be highly advantageous.

The successful applicant MUST be an Australian Citizen with full working rights.
