**The Role**

Reporting to the Global Chief Compliance Officer, the Country Compliance Officer will take ownership of leading the Australian compliance function and be responsible for managing the regulatory relationships.

The responsibilities for this role will include, but are not limited to:

- Providing compliance advice and guidance on Australian regulatory issues to the business
- Ensuring consistent awareness around regulatory requirements
- Supporting the review and implementation of internal controls and policies
- Building and maintaining a strong working relationship with ASIC
- Conducting compliance training and promoting compliance culture
- Ad-hoc duties as needed

**Your Profile**

- Relevant tertiary qualifications (Law, Accounting, Business, Finance)
- Financial Services regulatory compliance experience
- Previous experience liaising with regulatory bodies (ASIC etc)
- Strong understanding of marketing and compliance requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
