**Who we’re looking for**
The Evaluation & Impact Project officer role plays a vital part in enabling the Ngarrang Gulin-jal Boordup Team (NGBT) to achieve its strategic objectives by contributing to our programs an evidence-informed approach grounded in Indigenous methodologies expanding our evaluation processes, and increasing our ability to tell the story with the communities we work with.

**What you’ll be doing**
The Hybrid role will be responsible for delivering an evaluation framework across our programs delivered within the team and in community. The role will champion a culture of evaluation and impact reporting throughout the Ngaarang Gulinj-al Boordup programs and flourish working within an Aboriginal Health & Wellbeing Team.
- Your role will be varied but will include;
- Seeking opportunities for lived and living experience perspectives
- Working closely with the NGBT colleagues in planning and implementation of measures, impact and evaluation frameworks that are culturally resonant to the community.
- Liaising with and at times support members of the team, in planning, preparation and delivery of presentations and other public speaking engagements.
- Liaising with EACH Communications team in the preparation of all products, graphic design, communiqué announcements and pamphlet
- Engaging internal staff and external stakeholders with updates, and share successes insights, practices and frameworks.
- Working alongside team members and any new programs or projects being delivered by the team to evaluate activities and outcomes via agreed evaluation tools and processes.

**Who you’ll be working with**
You will work closely with the NGBT as well as stakeholders within Each. You will have a broad scope of external organisations that you will communicate and collaborate with.
