**About the team**:
Central Operations keeps our business moving. Our team supports, coaches, and empowers our retail teams across the country. We help them be at their best, so they can deliver the best experiences for our team members and customers every day.

**About the role**

Work closes with our Project Manager to support and coordinate the delivery of a range of projects including; ongoing enhancement to our store environments, operations technology and service capabilitie

We have a number of perm & fixed term vacancies across a range of projects.

You will also:

- Support end to end program delivery through activity planning, monitoring, tracking and stakeholder management
- Manage the project plan and lead the daily project update calls
- Create and distribute project updates and communication across the business
- Take ownership of the project supplier management and performance evaluation system
- Provide orginisation and scheduling support including expense management, store impact scheduling and contractor/trades management

**You will have**:

- A good understanding of retail operations
- Exposure to infrastructure upgrades and contractor (trades) management
- Experience with Project implementation preferably within a retail environment
- Knowledge of project management frameworks
- Strong planning and organisational skills, including the ability to set clear directions and give constructive advic
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
