City Cave is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inbound/Outbound Sales Call Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting existing City Cave clients who have upcoming appointments, and effectively upsell them into higher-tier products to enhance their overall experience, while maximizing revenue.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct proactive outbound sales calls to engage clients who have booked appointments at City Cave centres.
- Utilize persuasive sales techniques to articulate the value proposition of upgrading to higher-tier products that align with clients' unique needs and preferences.
- Educate clients on the extensive benefits associated with upgrading their current appointments, ensuring they fully understand the extra value they will receive.
- Receive inbound sales calls
- Deliver exceptional customer service by attentively addressing client inquiries, concerns, and objections in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and personalized product recommendations within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the City Cave teams at each centre to ensure effective communication and service delivery.
- Meet and exceed individual, and team sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of City Cave.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in outbound sales, ideally within a high-performing call centre, or tele-sales environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to skilfully engage and persuade clients, leaving a lasting positive impression.
- Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to actively listen, understand client needs, and provide appropriate solutions.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and adept at working independently with mínimal supervision, consistently delivering outstanding results.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using technology for sales-related activities.
- Ability to service and cater to clients across 10 City Cave centres, ensuring consistent excellence in customer engagement.
