**The Role**

Reporting to the Business Support Manager and based in **Darra** (**or Gold Coast**), the Service Administrator will be part of a team responsible for general service administration duties, liaising and providing administrative support for the Business Support Manager ensuring smooth functioning of the Service Operation.

Some of the key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Provide administrative support to the business as required
- Manage and respond to incoming requests through the centralised service inbox
- Ensure accurate reporting and assist with seamless induction processes for new employees
- Efficient management of invoicing, and customer inquiries in a high-volume environment
- Administration of key contract KPIs and requirements
- Collaborate with the Business Support Manager on specific administrative tasks
- Assist with Deployment functions & overflow calls when required
- Develop strong relationships with all levels of stakeholders
