- **The Opportunity**
- Work across an industrial asset portfolio for our prestigious client account: Charter Hall
- Ensure a high level of Customer satisfaction through the efficient and effective delivery of all building services across the assets
- Responsible for managing building contractors and their performance
- To be responsible for the efficient, safe, cost-effective operation, maintenance, and development of all services
- To support the property teams through operational and facilities management delivery and advice

**About you**
- Hard services Facilities management experience (industrial assets beneficial)
- Trade or operations background
- Able to work autonomously and build strong, effective working relationships with all stakeholders
- Have a vehicle and able to travel around Perth
