Facilities Management service provider is looking for a Facilities Manager to manage busy site on a FT basis.
**Your new company**
Our client is a highly regarded Facilities Management services provider with operations locally and nationally. They are currently looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to work from their fast paced environment East of Perth's CBD.
**Your new role**
The purpose of this role is to manage the DC facilities on a day to day basis including all contractors, technicians and visitors to the site. The Facilities Manager is the first point of contact for all maintenance personnel to the site; planned or otherwise. Planned and reactive maintenance experience also an essential component of this post.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Past experience in facilities management in an industrial environment is preferred
- At least five (5) years’ experience in a Facilities Manager or similar position in a commercial industrial facility Experience as a Trade Manager or Service Manager position with a background in trade being advantageous
- Experience dealing with both national and local contractors and technicians
- Experience with budget responsibility and budget management
