W Brisbane located at 81 N Quay, Brisbane City QLD 4000 is hiring an Accounts Assistant. Responsibilities include:

- Ensures compliance with all brand established systems and procedures
- Support the Accounts Receivable Officer
- Accurate data entry and archiving
- Daily invoicing processing
- Preparation of key reporting requirements for management
- Managing and resolving queries
- Administrative duties as required
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a hotel
- Must demonstrate a proven track record of experience across the field and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and have a high attention to detail.
