Great opportunity for an Accounts Payable Assistant in an easy-going, supportive team. Our client is a large established not-for-profit that provides an opportunity to grow your Accounts Payable career. You will join a growing team with long-term opportunities for the right person.

**The Role**

As the Accounts Payable assistant, you will report to the Team Leader. You will be part of a high-performing, collaborative wider finance team and more specifically, your role will include:

- Sorting, reviewing, and coding invoices for processing
- Entering and recording invoice data into the accounting system
- Reconciling vendor statements and following up on any discrepancies
- Corresponding with vendors and suppliers
- Assisting with the preparation of payments to vendors
- Filing and maintaining accounts payable records and documents
- Generating reports and providing analysis on accounts payable transactions
- Providing general support to the accounts payable team

**About You**

To succeed in this role you will be motivated to learn and develop whilst working in a fun and collaborative team environment.

Your strong organisational skills, detail orientation and ability to work in a team will enable you to succeed in this fast-paced business. You will ideally have experience using a large ERP software.
