Our client is a well established therapy service provider in Western Australia. Experiencing rapid growth, dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of their clients by providing exceptional therapy services.

This organisation primarily services private clients, NDIS patients, mental health, chronic disease, disability management, and neurological rehabilitation clients.

**About the Role**
Due to growth within the team and demand of services, our client is currently on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Occupational Therapist who is ready to take the next step in their career
- Manage a team of Occupational Therapists, specialising in services across the lifespan.
- Includes all aspects of leadership and coordination of services and resources to ensure service needs are met.
- Manage a small caseload of your own.
- Responsible for effective clinical service delivery and processes through the development and monitoring of appropriate standards.
- Actively participate in service development of team and broader services.

**Essential Criteria**
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Experience or desire to mentor Junior Therapists
- A commitment to delivering person-centred, high-quality services
- An ongoing desire to improve and achieve personal goals
- Australian Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children’s Check
- National Police Clearance
- Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination
