**About the Organisation & Clinical Lead Position**
Our client is a well-established organisation dedicated to making a positive impact to the lives of their clients by providing a broad range of rehabilitation, community, disability, and paediatric services Australia-wide. This organisation prides themselves on their dynamic approach aimed to revolutionise and provide higher standards of care within the community.

Due to continuous growth not only at a national level but Western wide, we are currently working looking for a passionate and experienced Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join the team. Work closely with Clinic Managers and other Clinical Leads, playing a vital role in clinical leadership and team growth within WA.
- Provide guidance & assistance to Clinic Leads in your area of practice
- Set the standard of treatment pathways
- Implement strategies for therapy and business growth
- Work with in a interdisciplinary manner for the best service outcomes
- Mentor and support junior clinicians reach their full potential
- Provide support across various clinics in Perth

**Essential criteria**
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapist
- AHPRA registration - no limitations
- Minimum 5 years experience
- Experience working with early invention & paediatrics
- Experience with complex needs clients
- Experience mentoring and supporting clinicians
- Current National Police Clearance
- Current & clean driver’s licence
- Current WWCC desirable
