**Your Opportunity**

Due to growth, we are now expanding into Perth WA to provide care to our patients within the home environment. As a Clinical Lead working at Amplar Health you will assist in providing clinical support, leadership, and quality management across discipline.

This is a rare opportunity to take the next step in leading a highly skilled team of clinicians in delivering acute care within the community setting. The successful applicant will need to be based in the Perth area to support our team in the community and provide care for our patients on an ad hoc basis.

In this leadership role, you will work closely with the Clinical Leads, National Service Delivery Managers, Program Leads and Clinical Governance in providing clinical support to the WA community team. This permanent full-time role will be Monday to Friday, and you will enjoy true flexibility working from home majority of the time.

An experienced clinician, you are customer focused, a leader, an influencer and driving to deliver best practice outcomes across our programs. Degree qualified as a Registered Nurse, it is essential you bring a clinical background and proven capabilities in leading and managing successful teams within the health industry.

Other essential skills you’ll need;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to liaise with a wide range of people
- Recent management experience in leading a clinical team
- Sound IT skills and literacy
- Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- A valid working with children check

A proactive communicator to your team on clinical performance, you will naturally form strong connections across Amplar Health, department heads, Service Delivery Managers, Service Delivery Leads - Programs and case coordinators. You will also ensure that your team is well informed of business goals, quality, safety and compliance.
