SOP Writer/Process Analyst to join a leading Financial Services company in Brisbane CBD

**Your new company**

Is a leading Financial Services company that supports flexibility, growth and development for each individual employee.

**Your new role**
- Delivering and executing all aspects of end-to-end process design and delivery, from ideation and initial process problem-solving through to procedure amendments
- You'll support the Process Design Manager in their governance capacity to ensure the Bank's procedure architecture is maintained and governed effectively, realise benefits and avoid incidents
- Support the process optimisation efforts from strategic programs of work through to task-level tactical improvements, collaborating with a broad range of stakeholders to streamline procedures

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience in procedure writing and/or process design, process improvement or operational excellence, preferably within Financial Services
- Experience in roles requiring high levels of stakeholder influence, presentation, and collaboration
- Experience in compliance-based initiatives
