We're currently seeking a skilled Hubspot Report Writer/Data Analyst to support our management team with high-quality reporting and dashboard development. This is a short-term, casual opportunity based in our Brisbane City office, ideal for someone who enjoys working with data and translating it into actionable insights.
About the Role
As the Hubspot Report Writer/Data Analyst, you'll play a key role in building and refining reports and dashboards using our newly implemented Hubspot system. Reporting directly to the F5G IT Manager, you'll collaborate with stakeholders across operations, sales, key accounts, and management to understand reporting needs and deliver accurate, insightful outputs. Your work will directly support strategic decision-making and enhance operational efficiency across the group.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards within Hubspot
- Analyse data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand reporting requirements
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting outputs
- Support the implementation and optimisation of Hubspot reporting tools
About You
We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and confident working with data. You'll need to be proactive, able to work independently, and comfortable engaging with a range of stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience
- Demonstrated expertise in operating HubSpot (essential)
- Proven track record in report writing and data analysis
- Strong analytical capabilities, with a keen eye for identifying trends and actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings in a clear and concise manner
- Hands-on experience with databases, including data compilation and management
- Advanced proficiency in HubSpot reporting tools
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently, while also thriving in collaborative team environments
- Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable
