We are looking for a part time Process Analyst to work 15 hours per week with our Process and Controls team

By providing clear, usable and constantly improving processes to the enterprise, we ensure that consistency in delivery of products and services is maintained, customer experience expectations are met and team members are supported in their goals to help all Australians own their own home.

The Process Office aims to cultivate a mature, proactive and sustainable Enterprise Process Management approach, providing trusted Business Process Management (BPM) expertise which enables and supports Great Southern Banks strategy and goals.

As a Process Analyst you support our customers and business partners in the provision of BPM SME knowledge, process analytics and discovery, procedure writing and process mapping.

Your analytics build and tell the story which enable transformation of process delivery using levels of process maps, member journeys, business rules and risk controls. You will assist in the delivery and ongoing consistency of BPM methodologies and tools which support our customers and process ownership awareness. You will provide process insights which elevate and improve our customer’s experience and embrace Great Southern Bank's purpose, brand and culture.

- Desirable_
- Proven experience in End-to-End Process Modelling and Analysis, Process Mapping to BPMN 2.0 standards and procedure writing,
- 3 years previous experience in a similar position (e.g. process analyst, project manager, business analyst
- Strong Background in process review, gap analysis, improvement and optimisation.
- Familiarity with concepts of Lean, Six Sigma and Agile and practical experience with these methodologies is favourable.
- Previous Experience in the Banking or broader Financial Services sector is preferable.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including developing requirements, solution documentation, facilitating workshops, building relationships, and interacting with key stakeholders/partners within all levels of the organisation.
- Excellent fact and information gathering capabilities supporting problem solving skills with lateral thinking and the ability to effectively work on multiple activities at one time.
- Degree in Business Process Management or Business Process Analysis would be desirable.
