**The Role: Business Manager - Laverton**

We are seeking a Business Manager who embodies strategic vision and operational expertise to lead our Laverton branch towards new heights of success. As this role is central to implementing our strategic vision, you will be required to be on site daily for early morning starts in branch. You will work in tandem with Branch Managers, Supervisors, and the State Operations Manager to enhance operational excellence and redefine industry standards. Your role will be pivotal in driving innovation, fostering a positive and productive workplace, and building enduring relationships with our staff, customers, and stakeholders.
