**Your New Role**
Joining this large specialist team, you’ll play a pivotal role in complex litigation and arbitration matters arising from large-scale, high-value projects across major infrastructure, renewables, and commercial projects.
In this dynamic role, you will:
- Advise and represent project owners (including government), major contractors, and engineering firms in high-value disputes.
- Manage complex litigation and arbitration, including adjudications and expert determinations.
- Draft legal submissions, oversee case strategy, and collaborate with leading Counsel and technical experts.
- Supervise and mentor junior lawyers and paralegals, fostering a strong team environment.
You’ll work with some of the country’s largest developers, multinational engineering firms, and key government stakeholders, gaining exposure to challenging and career-defining matters.

**Skills and Experience**
- 5+ years PAE in disputes and specialised construction experience and understanding of project operations and delivery;
- Excellent technical skills and a keen eye for detail;
- Ability to plan and prioritise work to meet deadlines within a fluid work environment;
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adjust your communication style based on your audience and positively influence desired outcomes;
- An active team member who is committed to supporting others to reach shared goals;
